The location shines-just a 5-minute walk to Sol. My single room was a decent size with clean sheets and a comfortable bed. I appreciated the air conditioning, especially during the warm days, which helped keep the room pleasant. The staff were attentive and quick to assist with any requests.

The mattress quality was somewhat lacking with a sag in the middle.

I had a such great experience here, everything was great, the location was fab near to night life, bars and clubs and SOL station, Beer and strawberry tree, lot of restaurant nearby and shopping centres. Amazingly nice staff, gave a lot of information. The rooms were air conditioned and new-fashioned, with a balcony. The food provided for breakfast was CHEAP. Everything exceeded high expectations, I will be back.

Location: the hotel was so close to Puerto del Sol and Retiro

The room felt cramped, lacking privacy with no bathroom door. Noise was an issue, especially from nearby nightlife, disrupting sleep, and the bedding was of low-quality material that felt uninviting. Shared bathroom facilities were clean, but the overall tight space was nice.

Cleverly designed room minimization

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the restaurant and bar area, and really close to the underground station. The room was exactly what we expected for the price-decent bed and shower. Everything was clean. It's great for a foodie trip with friends!

Had a pretty good stay! Super clean with great AC, and the location is spot on, just minutes from Puerta del Sol. Only downside was the noise from the street, made sleeping tricky at times.

This place is practical and modern with a balcony, the staff are excellent and outstandingly accommodating day and night, and it has a great and particularly good location near Plaza del Angel.

We were pleasantly surprised with a spacious and modern guest room that came with a balcony as an upgrade, a nice touch. the room had central heating, a work desk, and a TV, which were all convenient amenities. - the hotel's location near Casino de Madrid was perfect and excellent for exploring the city.
